Job Description :

Bloomsburg University will utilize this PA ITSA contract for their temporary Project Manager (Area 2 Core PJM2) (Columbia County). The period of performance is ASAP through 7/1/22. The current PO will; however, run through 12/31/21.

The Project Manager will work with their campus Project Lead.
This position would be primarily on the Bloomsburg University campus, with visits and coverage at Lock Haven and Mansfield Universities as needed. Occasional remote work may be available. 


Duties-
Serve as one of the primary liaison to integration team members for coordination, clarity and support related to the transition process from three campuses into a single integrated educational entity.                     

Facilitate meetings with cross-functional team members, stakeholders, campus community members, and technical specialists to identify, validate, prioritize and develop solutions during the various transition efforts and phases of work.                                
                                
Anticipating, preparing and managing integration team members' information and process needs and expectations during the transition period.                                
                                
Coordinate with, and monitor integration transition cross-discipline teams for progress status in meeting the established timelines.                                
                                
Coordinate with, and monitor integration transition cross-discipline teams for progress status in meeting the established priority one objectives.                                
                                
Developing, monitoring, updating and distributing various transition status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information obtained from team members meetings and interactions.                                
Identify and highlight working team members' changing resource needs as necessary to ensure project success and completion.                                
                                
Assists in the data collection, analysis, preparation, review, delivery of related reports or presentations, formal and informal,  to colleague transition team members, campus communities, and senior leadership staff.                
Establishing and providing effective project communication and tracking of ensuring their execution.            
                                
Coordinating the identification and development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful transition implementation.
