Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analytics Specialist Lead Engineer to drive enterprise-level analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead data analysis, data integration, reporting, and visualization efforts to support business objectives and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end data analytics solutions.

  • Drive data integration from multiple structured and unstructured sources and ensure data quality and governance.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable analytical models.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and drive actionable decisions.

  • Optimize data processes, pipelines, and performance tuning for analytics workloads.

  • Lead the adoption of modern data technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and analysts within the team.

  • Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and business teams on enterprise data strategies.

  • Conduct data validation, testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Perform advanced analytics including statistical modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields.

  • Strong expertise with SQL, ETL tools, and data pipeline development.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Proficient in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.

  • Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics and scripting.

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schema, and dimensional modeling.

  • Experience working with large datasets, performance tuning, and real-time analytics.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive analytics, or AI-driven solutions.

  • Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.

  • Prior experience leading analytics teams or enterprise-scale programs.

  • Background in financial, healthcare, or banking domains.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps for data operations.
