Job Description :
?X Support/consult with Technical Lead assigned to BDMs, or act as BDM Technical Lead if none assigned.
?X Understand project/technical dependencies and provide consultation to Technical Leads during impact assessment and design.
?X Lead cross team technical forums and foster collaboration and sharing best practices.
?X Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and lessons learned; keep it current, and share it with the Supplier Technology staff in the ODC, as well as, Vanguard Systems Manager.
?X Identify knowledge gaps of teams within the ODC and work with Supplier Delivery Manager and Supplier Engagement Managers to support learning and development of the Supplier team(s
?X Circulate the catalogue of Vanguard terms and acronyms for the education of the Supplier team(s
?X Own and steward Supplier Technical Lead forums; work with the Supplier teams to develop and enhance their awareness understanding of the Vanguard’s architecture and development processes.
?X Identifies potential solutions, including the cost/benefit of each option.
?X Approves technical solutions proposed by Supplier Developers.
