Position: Android Lead

* Taking coding decisions on a daily basis
* Ensuring high coding quality
* Contributing to the team way of working (attend team meetings / come up with suggestions)
* Stay up to date with and follow company development processes & standards
* Participating in creating, estimating and grooming backlogs
* Delivering tasks on the estimated time to secure project health
* Taking an active part in discussions regarding architecture, technology selection, etc.
* Supporting and coach colleagues and act as go-to -person
* Identifying areas of possible improvements or risk elimination within the solution (e.g. possible bottlenecks
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Kotlin and JAVA
* Deep understanding of the Android SDK
* Knowledge on framework like Butterknife, Retrofit, Room, etc.
* Focus on producing high-quality experiences with the user in mind
* In-depth knowledge on design patterns and OOPS
* Great team worker: You will collaborate with a team of developers.
* Experience in working with agile methodology
* Worked on consumer-facing apps in similar industries
* Experience writing testable code and unit testing
* Experience in working with CI/CD tools
* A "good to have" Personal projects or contribution to open source projects in the Android ecosystem
* A "good to have" is prior experience in financial systems and corresponding domains.
