Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Candidate should be Techno Functional Consultant
o Mobile lead for all In-take and development activities in mobile support team
o Create roadmap and provide business solution recommendations
o Work with offshore intake analyst to understand Play Store and contact center review
o Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand the pain points, goals and future vision
o Work on MRM documentation to share with business for approvals.
o Work with technical team to make sure the design style guides are followed.
o Work with business and IM Demand teams to come up with release schedules.
o Work with Architect and Mobile tech lead to finalize the solution and plan for development efforts.
o Responsible for business and functional assessment of the RJR mobile applications
o Document process improvement recommendations and suggest best practices
