Job Description :

Analytics Engineers
6 months contract or contract to hire
Remote Work
Submit US Citizens/GC Holders

This person must have Tableau, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.

Their company helps students find jobs.
The BI team works across all functions of the company. They use Salesforce for all of the data across the board. This is transactional data that uses data for end to end data models and pipelines.
They are a Tableau shop. So someone who really knows end to end.
Their data pipeline tool is 5 trend? Snowflake data warehousing is what they’re using. Not only do the the BI work and analytics, but also the administration. People who need to know SQL. Wants people to know Tableau and data connection. Very aware of the data admin.
Two roles are a bit more junior, but these are 2 roles that are pretty senior.
Snowflake is new in their environment and it’s not a requirement, just need someone who knows the general data warehousing.
Tableau is absolutely necessary for this. Create a dashboard, take requirement changes and publish it all out.

The Lead is the most important part of the team. They are looking at contract to hire because it is very urgent right now. She did say that contract could be more important.
She is working with multiple vendors and their internal team.
Their interview process is very long typically, she said 6-8 weeks in Europe. Mentioned about 3-4 interviews.
Contract really is the ideal way because the interview process only has to be Anita and Gary.
They haven’t had found strong technical interviews with the candidates. SQL, Data Modeling and Tableau. It only has been a couple of weeks.
Remote is fine for these roles. They do prefer people in states where they have offices.
The pay bands I told them are way too low. I did tell them about that, and got a decent amount of push back.
They have a lot of perks and benefits.
Talked a bit about hourly rates for contractors. Really want to find people that are willing to stay.
Visa is not ideal for them. Last case scenario if at all.
Gary did say 80-90 per hour as the bill rate for these candidates. Really find intangibles, love diversity in the hires.
