IT Analyst
100% Remote
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Analyst to support and improve IT systems, analyze business requirements, and assist in technology-driven solutions. The IT Analyst will work closely with users and technical teams to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet business needs.
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
Evaluate existing IT systems and processes
Identify system issues and recommend improvements
Prepare documentation and functional specifications
Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and fixes
Assist with system testing and validation
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of IT systems and applications
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience with documentation and reporting
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL (preferred), or ticketing systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Typically 1+ to 5+ years depending on role level
Experience in IT support / business analysis / system analysis preferred
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Basic knowledge of SDLC / Agile methodologies (nice to have)
