Client requires resources with a deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem and its ability to interact with 3rd-party systems (i.e. Salesforce, home-grown APIs).
Key skills required include:
Working with leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements and implement internal changes
Ability to architect consumer-focused support experiences across numerous personas and lines-of-business
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines
Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues
Deep knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including Amazon Connect, S3, AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM. 5+ years of experience is preferred.
Strong development experience in building and maintaining enterprise integrations (i.e. via AWS Lambda, home-grown APIs, etc.).
Experience with Salesforce; Administrator and Service Cloud certifications preferred
