AI/Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and applications that solve real-world business problems. The candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable and reliable AI solutions.
Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
Build AI-powered applications and integrate models into production systems
Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation
Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and use cases
Implement monitoring, retraining, and model lifecycle management
Document models, experiments, and technical solutions
Stay updated with the latest AI and ML technologies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development (adjust as needed)
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and data preprocessing
Experience with REST APIs and model integration
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with Generative AI and LLMs
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
SQL and basic data engineering skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
