Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead/Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Remote during Covid and then Auburn Hills, MI

Required Skills/Experience
Experience playing the Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead role for at least one year for a software development team
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational
Strong Agile experience (they have sprint releases)
Experience working with vendors, internal technology shared service teams (DataPower, SOA, IIB, MQ broker flows, Hogan, treasury applications/products), managing complex & large project, attending exec leadership meetings, developing project schedules, creating presentations, developing detailed plans, articulating issues, sharing real time updates on delays/impediments
Tools- CA Clarity (required for project management), JIRA, ServiceNow (not required), BI Power tool (reporting & log planning)
Preferred- Agile/Waterfall environment experience, Scrum Master cert., finance/banking/payments experience
Excellent communication skills, being self-sufficient, comfortable working with ambiguity, comfortable working with tight timelines, proactive thinker
Essential Duties:
Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile
Guiding and Coaching the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining (aka grooming) and managing the product backlog.
