Job Title: : Agile coach Location: West Coast Job Type: Fulltime Job Description: Desired Experience Range: 10-15 Yrs Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have: Experience in Agile coaching, Agile Transformation at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for designing a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile. Responsible for providing a roadmap to align the organization around value (example - product centric, Customer centric alignment) and providing an incremental approach towards achieving the target operating model. Has the ability to provide solutioning for Proposals through experience with other customers. Clear understanding of at least 2 Scaling framework and on the ground experience on the same. From the introduction of Agile to employee education, to fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile. Implementing enterprise wide Agile process, principles and practices across all levels Strong communication and assertive about adherence to Agile processes and enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefit. Provide coaching to the scrum master and the team; conduct training sessions on Agile methodologies and process. Has domain knowledge on Banking, financial services and Insurance. Good-to-Have: Ability to train associates in PSM and SAFe based certification Industry recognized certification on scaling frameworks
