Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Jenkins Specialist Lead to manage and optimize our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. This role involves leading automation initiatives, designing scalable deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our build and release pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD workflows.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the software delivery process.

Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.

Monitor and optimize Jenkins performance, plugins, and integrations with other DevOps tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and related issues.

Mentor and guide junior engineers on Jenkins best practices and DevOps processes.

Implement security and compliance standards in CI/CD pipelines.

Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures for Jenkins environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related fields.

Strong expertise in Jenkins administration, pipeline scripting, and plugin management.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively.

Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.) is a plus.
