Requirements:
Experienced in or Knowledge of Transformation Methodology from Performance Testing to Performance Engineering Services at an Organizational level
Experienced in setting up or been part of a Centralized Performance Engineering service across the organization
Experienced in creating Performance Engineering Strategies , Assessing and defining Non Functional Requirements , Designing Workload Model by studying Production Stats
Experienced in implementing and leading Early Performance Testing and Performance Engineering initiatives
Hands on experience on Architectural Design Reviews, profiling of Java , .net based applications and Mainframes
Experienced in providing performance recommendations with respect to Java & .net applications, Oracle and MS-SQL , Mainframes
Experienced in Profiling .NET , Java Based , Mainframe applications using various profiling tools
Hands on experience on Capacity Planning &Hardware Sizing , Performance Modelling
Experienced in or Knowledge of Service Virtualization , Cloud based performance Testing
Experienced in conducting bottleneck analysis with special expertise in Database(Oracle, MS-SQL, DB2 ) Performance Engineering
Hands on experience on various Performance Monitoring Tools such as CA APM, Team Quest , Strobe Reporting Must to have
Develop Service Virtualization frameworks using DevTest tool - Expert level
Develop Background noise frameworks using DevTest tool - Expert level
DevTest tool administration activities - Expert level
Deep thinking, Problem solving and Communication skills - Fair level
