Testing Delivery Lead for State of Colorado
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 12 Months

This role will lead the testing of the Unemployment Insurance Modernization (UIM) project Phase 2 in accordance with the approved solution architecture. This role will also assist in the coordination of delivery within the team as it relates to the data and its use in interfaces and reports, as well as resolving data defects. This role will work with the UIM Project Manager, UIM Scrum Master, UIM Solution Architect (OIT), other team members.
The role will drive and coordinate preparation for go live including verification of testing vendor testing results, conversion testing results, and supporting User Acceptance Testing. This includes the overall responsibility for the test effort''s success. The role involves quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede the test effort. This also includes:
Negotiating the ongoing purpose and deliverables of the testing effort
Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the testing resources
Assessing the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort
Advocating the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important Defects
Advocating an appropriate level of testability focus in the software development process
This role will also lead the delivery of interfaces and reports as it deals with the understanding, mapping, transformation and ultimate use of the data within the solution. This work includes
Partner with CDLE business process owners to develop strategies, objectives and roadmaps that are in alignment reporting goals.
Partner with CDLE business process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure interfaces meet the desired data delivery and the specifications.
Partner with CDLE and the solution vendor to identify and mitigate data defects from mapping, conversion and transformation efforts.
