Role: Consultant - Temenos T24
Location: Edison, NJ or Toronto CA
Duration: Fulltime/Contract (both)
Description:
JD of T24 Technical resource:-
1. Knowledge of T24 architecture –TAFC, TAFJ.
2. Proven ability to implement Temenos T24 in complex implementation.
3. Knowledge of jbasic and java
4. Hands-on expertise on T24 technical functionality.
5. Development capability in all T24 areas:- Application development , inquiries, reports , interfaces.
6. Experience in Temenos Implementation methodology-TIM.
7. Experience in data migration including creation of data files for loading into T24 Core Banking System
8. Ability to lead and manage a team of developers
9. Experience in Design, development and coordination of activities that should be delivered during the implementation of Temenos software products
10. Conduct unit and integration test for the developed solutions
11. Create of technical documentation (e.g. technical specifications, technical designs, interface agreements with satellite systems, data migration)
12. Provide guidance and support to less experienced consultants and analysts
13. Conduct parts or all the technical training in a subject, which includes design, customization and update of Training Materials and Handouts.
14. Proven stakeholder management skills.
JD of T24 Functional resource:-
1. Functional specialization / high level expertise in at least two Temenos T24 areas (Retail / Wealth/ Corporate)
2. Hands-on experience in Temenos T24 implementation .
3. Exposure to regional T24 modelbank e.g USMB and geography specific regulations.
4. Ability to advise, support and act as a subject matter expert in relation to Temenos T24 core banking platform, recommending strategic orientations accordingly.
5. Ability to independently drive Temenos process led workshops, business process analysis and requirement gathering for complex T24 implementations.
6. Ability to analyze and advice clients on complex functional problems, generally without day-to-day supervision or direction. Provide guidance and advice to less experienced Analyst in case of complex functional issues during the implementation and client relationships development. Has strong proficiency in the tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.
7. Coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems or gaps identified are understood and resolved
8. Analyze client business requirements and relate them to TEMENOS products capability.
9. Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project
10. Define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
11. Writing of specifications, for local development and ensure Technical Analysts have a clear understanding of these specifications.
12. Prepare and perform the configuration of TEMENOS products through the definition of static and semi-static data for the installation of the core system.
13. Prepare and perform the functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing.
14. Review client organization, processes and workflows and propose of a ‘post-picture’ to maximize the benefit from TEMENOS’ products.
15. Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager.
16. Conduct parts or all the User training in a subject, which includes design, customization and update of Training Materials and Handouts.
17. Proven stakeholder management skills.
