1. Work with product designers to write strong, compelling web content for multiple channels: Responsive website, mobile App, Alexa, with high editorial standards and accuracy.

2. Understanding of user experience and the ability to ensure the language is clear, succinct, and actionable.

3. Audit digital channel applications for consistency with marketing editorial tone-and-voice.

4. Sync regularly with Marketing and Legal teams to ensure digital channels are compliant, but also provide the best user experience and comprehension.

5. When necessary, provide supporting language for A11Y screen readers (non-visual descriptive text

6. Be an advocate for editorial guidelines within the digital application channels.

7. Bring consistency with language across digital channels.

8. Ability to take a complex subject, process, or technology and develop interesting easy-to-follow copy.



Required

· 3-5 years’ experience writing and auditing content for customer facing digital channels.

· Will report to UX and be expected to work across teams to ensure alignment with both marketing and legal when necessary.

· Bachelor’s degree.



Preferred

· Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
