Description:
Minimum five years of experience in administration and solution design of an API management Tool or ESB solution
Experience implementing security in zero trust environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in appropriate field.
Experience supporting various integration platforms from level 1 support all the way
through Level three engineering support.
Demonstrate high degree of analytical and creative problem solving skills.
High level of organizational maturity and experience in an enterprise-level environment.
Able to manage shifting priorities, handle multiple demands and be effective in carrying out
assignments even when details are ambiguous.
Able to perform work with limited supervision.
High aptitude for learning new technologies and adapting to a rapidly changing
environment.
Experience with ITIL service management process (change, incident and problem
management.
Flexibility to work or be available after hours and on weekends as necessary.
Flexibility for minimal travel as necessary.
Evaluate, design, deploy, and tune one or more of the following:
Mule Soft Any Point Hybrid Platform
IBM Data Power XI52, IDG, or X2 appliances
Microsoft BizTalk Server (multiple versions)
Provide support at all levels including overseeing Managed Service Providers for 24 hour
Support.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the business and IT.
Lead problem resolution, efficiency improvement and automation efforts.
Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to meet current and future business needs.
Support production environment on the needed basis.

Required hard technical skills:
1. Mule soft
2. .NET experience preferred
3. Certifications in Mule soft 2.0
