Title: Business Analyst

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 12 Months


Key job tasks and deliverables include:

Review the migration plan and provide input based on experience
Provide input and implement opportunities to improve the end-users experience by leveraging functions in SharePoint 360 or Nintex

Complete tasks assigned based on the migration plan to ensure a smooth transition to end users. Tasks include (but are not limited to):

Converting InfoPath forms to Nintex Forms
Creating/re-creating workflows in Nintex
Creating/re-creating Web Part Pages
Audit content to ensure the content moved as expected
Configuring search scopes and search pages to ensure optimal end-user experience
Creating, populating, and applying permissions groups
Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business area
Train current business team to continue with maintaining the new environment moving forward
Document any new processes or strategies developed in the SharePoint 360 environment
With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activities
Acts as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activities
Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolution
Assists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platforms
Works with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operations
Significant creativity is required


Education Requirements:

Senior - Bachelor''s degree required
Master''s degree preferred


Successful candidates will have the skills listed below and demonstrate these skills in their resume, cover letter, and in the interview process:
Advanced to Expert-level knowledge/experience with SharePoint 360 and Sharepoint 2010

Demonstrated knowledge/experience with:
Nintex Workflows
Nintex Forms
InfoPath Forms

Experience with SharePoint search including but not limited to:
Faceted search
Customizing search result pages
Creating search scopes
Using metadata to raise or lower relevancy in search results
Ability to make and implement recommendations for search based on end-user requirements a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to provide recommendations to the team
Previous experience migrating from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 360 a plus
