Provide e-commerce Support and maintenance for Ecommerce site
The scope involves preventive maintenance, incident management and service request
Problem management and bug fixes
Proactively bring in industry best practices for optimization opportunities
Production Support and Maintenance Lead, is responsible for problem management and production support for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with Client team and onsite and offshore L2/L3 support team to meet and exceed the agreed service levels
As the liaison between the business area and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues
Proficient with ATG/J2EE technologies
Strong knowledge in production support & Ecommerce platform

Technical Skills:
ATG – Commerce skills required. Knowledge of BCC. Troubleshooting issues with Oracle ATG commerce and BCC.
Knowledge of Oracle Endeca search platform
Experience (Strong ) in Java and J2EE technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of JQuery, Javascript and Ajax scripting
Knowledge of various ecommerce third party integrations
