Job Description :
A minimum of 4 years experience working with the ServiceNow Platform.
Knowledge of ServiceNow’s core application modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Agile and Self-Service Portal.
Understanding of relational database concepts.
Competency in modern software development methodologies using JavaScript.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of ITIL. ITIL V3 Certification highly desirable.
ServiceNow Administration Certified highly desirable
