Job Summary:
This position will serve as a Video Platform lead driving technical programs
impacting the Technology Organization. This position will immediately take
over different Video programs under Spectrum Guide and will extend to other
key Video projects as required. The Sr. Program Manager will be working with
sponsors, key stakeholders and will manage the cross-functional teams for
various projects. The Sr. Program manager will provide leadership to project
managers as well as Business Analyst''s as needed to deliver each Video
project to a high standard. This position will be critical as we strive to
build a core permanent team to retain the knowledge and experience
associated with complex, technical programs whose primary focus is to be
SMEs in the video space.
Looking for senior Project Managers with expertise in video/cable
technologies to support projects related to Spectrum Guide. The more
technical the better. Charter is upgrading the data distribution underneath
their Spectrum Guide from QAM to DOCSIS. This specific role will be driving
a rationalization effort between two different guide applications Channel
Lineup Management Systems (CLMS These folks will help manage the
cross-functional teams (Advance Engineering, Software
Engineering/Development, IT) for the rationalization effort of two different
guide applications Channel Lineup Management Systems. This PM will primarily
support internal teams throughout charter: Product, Software Engineering,
Billing, Customer Care, Voice Operations, Network Operations, etc. All of
those people working together deliver products for Charters consumers at
home (watching TV or using the internet
This is a fast-paced, frenetic environment at times. Demands organized,
