Detailed Job Description
Experienced Scrum Master role, conduct scrum meetings and ceremonies, resolve conflicts and impediments, manage the sprints, collaborate with product owner and team to deliver successfully, reporting.
Should work on all 5 days from Richmond, Va location – onsite at client location
Will be responsible for handling 2 scrum teams with a 2 week sprint
Should have experience handling at least 2 scrum teams as a scrum master
Should be certified scrum master
Should have atleast a year or more experience in being a scrum master
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Version one, TFS or any other agile process platforms is a must
Experience in Kanban methodology is preferable as well.
