Qualification:
Bachelor''s degree or higher from an accredited college/university
Experience leading and/or supporting Intelligent Automation or Data Science or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or Intelligent Agent or Artificial Intelligence Systems is strongly preferred
Innovative self-starter with a passion.
Collaborative work ethic working in a fast-paced environment
4 + years of experience leading Information Technology projects
2 + years leading large scale transformation programs, involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components
2+ years delivering large scale IT solutions leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery
Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle
Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
