Position :  Marketing Cloud Analyst(Exact Target)Location : Minneapolis, MNDuration : 12 Months    Job DescriptionResponsibilities:The Marketing Cloud (MC) IT Analyst partners with business marketers and IT development teams to develop processes and solutions within the Marketing Cloud Platform and integrated Sales Cloud CRM environment. The MC IT Analyst will identify and capture marketing business needs, document user stories, develop and test solutions in Marketing Cloudnbsp; This role is extremely customer/business facing (in marketing) yet highly technical requiring strong applied experience in the Marketing Cloud platform. Applicant should have experience building email templates in content builder, working with AmScript, applying personalization strategies, building and testing journeys in Journey builder, as well as building, testing & working with data extensions. This role is a liaison in troubleshooting a myriad of data or technical challenges and working with vendor, development teams and the business to find resolutionsnbsp; You will be able to translate business needs and assess the data required to launch campaigns and emails to different segments using various techniques (filtering, queries This role will be heavily data-focused in both Sales Cloud (source of truth) and potential other data sets and should be skilled in SQL, data analysis, data migration, etc. The MC IT Analyst will recommend best practices in Marketing Automation, create applicable documentation and guide/lead others to learn Marketing Cloudnbsp; Qualifications:8+ years of professional experience Bachelor’s degreeHands-on-experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget) requiredExperience in other Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Community)Experience working with Agile Software Development MethodologiesExperience in SQL, AmScript, JavaScriptExcellent understanding of data dependencies and design for Marketing Cloud journeys and  campaignsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of team members, managers, and subject matter expertsAbility to work independently and in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervisionStrong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (in-person or remotely) – ability to drive consensus andStrong sense of ownership and self-starter; quickly able to dive in, assess opportunities and propose solutionsPrepare and facilitate meetings/requirements sessionsStrong business analysis ability - from eliciting requirements and developing use cases with acceptance criteriaAbility to easily create relevant artifacts/ business documentation such as: as-is/to-be process and data flows  Preferred skills:·              Visual Force, HTML, CSS·              Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certified·              Marketing Cloud Email Consultant Certified·              Hands-on experience building Cloud Pages·              Experience in developing and maintaining user preference center within Marketing Cloud; ·              Experience with different Marketing Cloud studios such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder and Journey BuilderPlease send your profiles to  praveen@w3global. com
