Position Description
Client is growing!! We are currently looking for Salesforce developers at all levels across all industries.
As a Salesforce Developer, you should have a superior software development background and be able to facilitate,
design, and develop technical solutions for a new knowledge management platform.
You will interact with Lead Developers, System Analysts, Business Users, Architects, Test Analysts to analyze system
requirements, design and develop software solutions and enhancements. Technical solutions and supporting
deliverables will be constructed to enable the client to accomplish its business objectives.
Knowledgement is a new platform that CGI is building for a healthcare client, member gets an opportunity to work with
the latest technologies on salesforces knowledge, service integrator, coveo frameworks in agile environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Designing, implementing, and maintaining salesforce knowledge.
Conducting software analysis, debugging and trouble-shooting issues.
Participating in scrum events.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Resource should be self-starter, highly motivated with good communication skills, also have strong analytic and
debugging skills. Should possess excellent working knowledge of the following -:
Primary:
Salesforce Knowledge Management, Service Integrator, APEX, SOQL, Sales Cloud, Service cloud , Marketing Cloud,
Community Cloud.
Secondary: Java/J2EE
