Job Title: SAP Technical Analyst
Location- Phoenix, AZ
Duration- 6 months

Description-

SAP support knowledge but not necessary to be an expert SAP implementer. Need a hands-on analyst to do support and operations work. Would also love for them to have JDA Software experience. If we find a person who has SAP or JDA but not both that could work – will evaluate on a person by person basis.

Application analysts on the Product Services operations team support applications on multiple technology stacks used across the entire product lifecycle including demand planning, merchandising, pricing, and supply chain execution.
Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field.
2-3 years of enterprise application/system support or other relevant technical experience.
Experience supporting production systems and applications, preferably one or more from the product lifecycle (demand, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, transportation, warehousing

Required Skills

Extremely solid analytic and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Possesses a strong work ethic and positive attitude; positively impacts the morale of his/her team.
Solid understanding of SQL query language.
Experience with SAP ECC inventory, sales, and pricing modules (MM, SD
Experience with idocs and EDI processing as it related to SAP ECC.
Some experience debugging SAP ABAP programs is a plus, but not required.
Experience implementing and/or supporting one or more applications from JDA Software (Intactix (IKB/CKB), Enterprise Planning (EP), etc
