Job Description :
Seeking an SAP Test Manager develop a best practices approach to test management.

This individual will work with our customer''s vendors to establish robust frameworks for test management and apply these to various SAP ERP initiatives.

Requires strategic skillset including the ability to enable organizations to devise robust testing strategies.

Should have experience with automation tools including HPQC/ALM, experience leading and performing unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

The right individual will have 10 years of SAP test experience including several implementation experiences.


Role & Responsibilities:

Manage global test teams
Ensure test teams are aligned to test strategy as set forward by customer
Develop test scenarios and scripts in conjunction with global project and business teams and implementation partners
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a challenging global environment
Ensure successful execution of tests, professional reporting of results
Manage inputs to the testing strategy
Provide estimates of manual and automation testing tasks in planning meetings
Participate in creation of manual test scenarios including positive and negative testing for Integration Testing, UAT, Regression Testing
Knowledge of HPQC and/or other test tools
Working experience with Waterfall and/or Agile project environments
Testing certifications necessary
