Job Description :
Lead the development of QA test strategies, test plans and quality assurance standards across scrum teams.
Create and review test cases based on the requirements and release plan.
Defect triage with the key stakeholders to agree upon severity and priority.
Perform RCA on the QA failures on need basis.
Ability to coordinate testing efforts with team members and manage the test deliverables.
Communicate any risks to leadership and come up with mitigations.
Participate in the scrum team with the focus on quality and ensure stories are properly groomed to have appropriate acceptance criteria.
Manage change management, defect tracking and test automation software products.
Participate in the broader testing and test automation community in order to drive the strategy, share best practices, and improve the overall quality and testing disciplines.
Create QA progress/status reports and facilitate internal and external quality review meetings.
Provide audit and governance on the testing practice within the scrum team
Perform functional, system, and regression testing on backend systems and APIs
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on quality assurance experience (QA experience) Familiarity with best practices in software QA and ability to champion best practices
Both web and mobile automation
