Job Summary
The primary objective of this position is to work with the Senior Automation Engineers to review manual regression
tests, identify the best approach and technology for test automation and execution. The position is also responsible for
defect tracking and status reporting. The position will report the Quality Assurance Automation Lead Associate.
Responsibilities
Review and walk through manual test cases identified as automation candidates and check against new
requirements
Work with Sr. AEs to build test framework and new automation functions and update existing functions
Work with Sr. AEs in test script maintenance (refactoring code base, updating functions/methods and test scripts)
Execution and analysis of Regression and Smoke test runs
Create and Implement test scripts as needed
Track reported defects and problems using ALM
Work collaboratively with the Project, Change and Release Management Teams, and Application Support Teams to
ensure transparent, integrated processes and seamless support delivery.
Stay up to date with standards and requirements of software quality assurance best practices
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT related field or equivalent education
Experience in C# is required
Programming knowledge of HTML, VBScript, SQL, or C++ is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
