Job Description:
Strong leadership, partnering, and organizational change skills
Program management and operational discipline in managing large scale project in PLM \ MOM, ERP
Ability to build relationships and work across organizational boundaries
Ability to produce program metrics, recovery and acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions
Experience planning and executing business transformation or optimization projects
Exceptional communication skills
Additional Skills:
Program and Project Management Best Practices,
Agile Scrum Master,
Experience in using tolloks like Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Project,
Experience in in managing Milestones, Risk, Issue and Opportunity Management, Portfolio Management.
Prefer Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Manager Professional (PgMP) Certification
Must Have:
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience planning and executing business transformation or optimization projects.
