Oracle Siebel Consultant - 3 Openings - Phoenix, AZ
No remote capabilities, must sit on site 100%
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Defines, designs, builds, tests, deploys, and supports software systems
Develops principles and concepts and innovative solutions
Develops/maintains depth and breadth across lines of business
Regularly interacts with senior management/major Customers
Provides application programming/systems development and support for complex systems
Sets technical direction for the project/application
Develops communication plans for projects based on a systems view
Leads technical planning process
Soft Skills:
Able to work with ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication
Go-getter attitude
Experience in customer facing role is a plus
Potential for extension/conversion:
Always potential, but no conversions/extensions are planned at this time
Top Skills:
Siebel configuration; 5-7 years experience
Siebel batch and real time integration; 5-7 years experience
Strong Siebel Object manager experience
OBIEE experience
Good understanding of Siebel Lead Management
Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
SSV Process:
2 rounds, phone screen and then an in person meeting/Skype meeting
