Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 6+ years of IT experience.
Required Skills:
Should Have good understanding of Oracle ATG concepts like Form Handlers , Droplets, Dynamo Pipeline , Repositories, , Profile Module, Scenarios , Targetors etc.
Should have good understanding of ATG Commerce concepts AddtoCart, Checkout process , pricing , promotions, commerce pipeline, Order Processing etc.
Should have good understanding of BCC Project Creation project Deployment and should be able to resolve issue related to BCC project deployment .
Participated in technical discussions with internal teams regarding ATG SM9 tickets.
Experience working in an defects and minor enhancement
Should have good understanding of BCC process , pricing , promotions, commerce pipeline, Order Processing etc.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
