Job Title: Senior Java Support Technical Lead

Job Description:-

Technical/Functional Skills:-

· Strong experience in full stack Java development, Deployment Support and Troubleshooting Production support issues.

· Maintenance of Client/Server, Multi-tiered distributed applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

· Worked extensively on Spring IOC, Spring AOP, Spring MVC and Spring Integration with ORM.

· Hands on experience of Application Servers including IBM WebSphere Application Server, WebLogic etc

· Expertise in creating Stored Procedures, Functions, Blocks, Triggers using Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases and Experience in writing complex SQL queries.

· Experience of using IDEs like Eclipse IDE, MyEclipse Rational Application Developer, WSAD etc

· Good Experience in analyzing Java WebServices with WSDL, UDDI, and SOAP by using Apache Axis.

· Good Experience in implementing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) using XML based Web Services (SOAP/WSDL) and REST Web Services.

Experience Required:-

· 8 – 10 years hands experience in Core Java projects

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Below are some of key responsibilities:

· As a Technical Lead, take ownership of all AMS support issues in various Java legacy applications developed over years.

· Maintain relationship with key project stakeholders IT and Business teams to understanding application issues.

· Resolve Incidents reported from application users as per SLA defined for various priorities P1/P2/P3/P4/P5

· Work on Business Service Requests for changes needed

· Analyze requirements from Business on minor enhancements needed and propose solution with in support scope.

· Identify repetitive production issues and investigate for permanent resolutions.

· Coordinate with Development team on various project deployments and knowledge transition.

· Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings with Business and IT support teams.

· As an onsite lead, coordinate with all team members at offshore to resolve priority issues and avoid business impact.

· Able to lead and drive customer meetings on priority issues related to major incidents impacting business.

Generic Managerial Skills:-

· Excellent Client interaction skills and proven experience in working independently as well as in a team.

· Excellent Technical, Communication and Interpersonal Skills with strong Customer Orientation, Client Interfacing Skills.
