Job Title: Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Security and Governance
Location: Yardley, PA
Duration: Full Time

Education and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
10 years of experience working in an enterprise infrastructure security and governance role.
Minimum of 3 years of technical management experience
Industry-standard security management certification such as CISSP or CISM is required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire date

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in leading information security and governance initiatives
Candidate must have experience working with a globally dispersed team and globally dispersed security program components
Experience managing an information security program and staff
Experience managing third-party security audits, such as SSAE 16 SOC1/SOC2 and ISO 27001/27002
Experience developing, testing and maintaining Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans
Understanding of security technologies and solutions; prior exposure to enterprise applications and cloud based solutions.
Deep, broad-based technical fluency at a practitioner level in all aspects of information and infrastructure security.
Advanced, high level proficiency of MS Office products (Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and MS Project)
Ability to work in a team environment and across multiple disciplines both internally and externally
Executive presence, ability to interact with senior leaders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences
Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and ability to build effective relationships with internal business partners and external vendors
A motivating leader capable of instilling excitement and inspiring others, in and outside of immediate team
A keen judge of technical talent with a proven ability to identify, train, coach and manage a high performing team
Able to readily diagnose system deficiencies and independently design and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems
Experience leading multiple technical initiatives through cross-functional, matrix environments using strong program and project management tools and practices
Strong planning and organizational skills. Detail oriented, decisive and goal oriented to consistently exceed objectives
Experience architecting, building and supporting customer-facing SaaS operations highly desirable and strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
