Job Description :
Our Client needs IT PM to help with the updated and rollout of a Point of Sale system
for the Restaurant Division. A program manager and product owner are
already supporting the work.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project manager. Experience is corralling a large group of cross
functional team members, managing broad scope and tracking details,
follow-up.
Project objective: upgrade and evolve the existing RPOS by leveraging
NCR systems to facilitate efficient operations, deliver payment
security and integrate food and beverage into the customer experience.
The RPOS functionality that will be tested and launched in NYC (Only
for FY19)
i. Database migration
ii. Hardware refresh
iii. Upgrade POS software
iv. Test kiosk
v. Mobile RPOS & Payment
vi. Loyalty integration
vii. Labor Scheduling
viii. Enhanced reservations
ix. Take-out and delivery
Key outcome: To complete a small pilot of the above functionality and
launch in NYC Tower and Men’s store September 2019
