Job Description:
Extensive experience in testing experience in all phases and stages of Software Testing Life Cycle and Software.
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with good working knowledge of testing methodologies, disciplines, tasks, resources and scheduling.
Exposure in both Manual & Automated testing at all levels of STLC
Extensive experience in both SIT and UAT testing.
Extensive Experience in testing with SMEs
Experience with Black box testing, white box testing, Unit, Integration, Regression, Sanity, System test, Functional testing, GUI applications testing and Database Testing having executed on both Client/Server and web based applications.
Solid Back End Testing experience by writing and executing SQL Queries.
Having experience in automated tools like Selenium, QTP, & Test Director/QC
Proficient in automating web application testing using selenium IDE, selenium Web Driver
Experience in designing and executing Automation scripts using Selenium/QTP.
Experience in Keyword, Data Driven and Hybrid Frameworks.
Proficient in Web service testing using SOAPUI tool, SOAP, XML and validating WSDL using SOAPUI tool.
Experience in preparing Test plans, Test cases, Test data & Test summary reports
Experience in preparing Test Risk Assessment and Test Evaluation report.
Expert in using the Bug tracking with Test Management Tools like ALM.
Very strong in testing concepts with good exposure in preparation and Test plan.
Expertise in working in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, Spiral methodologies.
Expertise in creating Test Plan documents and developing test strategy documents and preparing the Traceability Matrices.
Expertise in designing the test scenarios and scripting the test cases in order to test the application.
Experience in using UNIX commands to perform testing in Linux server/machine using Putty.
Expertise in developing, documenting, and executing test cases manually as well as generating automated scripts using Selenium.
Experience in AGILE-SCRUM Methodology and used Agile Test Methods to provide rapid feedback to the developers significantly helping them uncover important risks.
Experience on databases including Oracle, MS SQL Server.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work as individual Tester or in a team
