Position Summary:
The IT Business Analyst is the liaison between business and technical teams. They translate business needs and requirements into business cases that can be converted into discrete, manageable projects that benefit the company. They work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define key processes, requirements, and system integrations. Their role is to collect, analyze, and evaluate users’ needs across business areas and systems. It is important that they are experienced documenting business rules and requirements, can identify gaps between them, and understand system integration tools and technologies.
