Customer facing support for Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade

Technician will resolve any problems with the change, and also educate the user on any new processes unique to the Windows 10 environment

Excellent Windows 10/Office 365 skills

Proficient hardware/software troubleshooting skills

Excellent Customer Service a requirement

Excellent attendance and punctuality a requirement

Ability to travel to other USAA locations in US for 2-4 weeks at a time
