Interview Process:
1- First interview is phone
2- Second interview in person interview is panel style
Travel – 25% - approx. 3-4 days per month sometimes consecutive days

Base level analyst – 1-3 years for this role

Technical Clarification:
1- BS required but qualified candidate without degree may be submitted as an exception
2- Industry exp preferred but data exp is what is most important
3- IDQ – exposure to Informatica or other comparable BI tools … Altnix
4- Concepts of data programming HR experience
5- Root cause analysis
6. SQL knowledge needed to write and execute queries
7 must have SuccessFactors experience
