a) Extensive experience in working in Selenium with C# Dot net
b) Hands-on experience with coding, trouble-shooting in Automation scripts
c) Has been a part of, or, has worked in pilot activities on Test Automation, like Defining Automation Architecture, Planning for piloting of tool
d) Capability to think analytically in the automation space like, how to induct an application for test automation, how to profile a test automation suite. how to expand the scope of automation across the testing organization
e) Abreast with latest trends and happenings in the test automation arena
f) Should be able to work and help set-up the Automation side of test completely
g) Should be able to code during the Piloting of the test automation effort
h) Ability to think newer solutions and be proactive to go after them with a Can-do attitude
i) Hands-on experience in enabling continuous testing environment through tools like Jenkins
