We are working on a new Cloud Engineer contract to Perm opening with our client in Boston, MA.
We are able to work with candidates C2C for the first 6 months but the candidate must then be willing and able to go Perm with the client without any sponsorship.
We are only looking for Citizen, Greencard and GC-EAD candidates.

Description of Project for Cloud Engineer: Principle Responsibilities* Contributes to and supports the corporate Enterprise Cloud strategy, standards and best practices associated with all aspects Cloud offerings* Contributes to and support the corporate adoption of the DevOps methodology and Agile project management* Provides expert level design and engineering support towards the successful delivery of ITs cloud project portfolio* Contribute towards continual service improvement activities related to the delivery of cloud services* Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity* Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost effectiveness and high availability in the cloud* Design, implement, and test disaster recovery and business continuity architecture* Create and implement automation in the form of infrastructure as code for cloud platform solutions* Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standards This is a new position to help with additional work flow.
Required Skills for Cloud Engineer:
5+ years’ of experience with IT platform, storage, networking and virtualizationIn-depth and practical experience with Cloud methodologes (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), automation, orchestration and trendsExperience designing and implementing Cloud-based solutions
4+ years’ experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, etc
3+ years’ experience building CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins or Cloudbess and scripting experience with Groovy, Ruby and/or Python
3+ years’ experience working on a DevOps team within an Agile environment
Desired Skills (not required but you will get exposure to some of these):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years’ of experience implementing distributed systems
3+ years’ experience with Cloud automation tools such as Terraform
