Onsite presence is requirednbsp;Job Title: Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager for G&A Description of Role: The Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for managing and tracking all activities associated with the development and/or enhancement of new business capabilities including but not limited to business process definition, operational model definition, system implementation, training, and communication/change management planningnbsp;The Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will bring their expertise to bear in guiding the business users through the capability to build and managing the projectnbsp;Specific responsibilities include managing:1.project status reporting2.Issue, risk and decision tracking3.project planning/timeline management4.stakeholder management/change management5.vendor management6.meeting management / minutes / presentation Further, the Capability Business Analyst/Project Manager will be responsible for the development of project documentation including business process maps, business procedure documentation, IT SDLC project documentation, training materials, and communication materials required to evangelize the implementation the capabilitynbsp;Required Experiences / Systems Experience Needed:Experience managing and implementing with the following business processes/projects:On and Offboarding resources (e.g. HR, IT, facilities processes) – Manage a project to oversee how resources (FTEs, Temps, Contractors, Interns, etc are brought into Alnylam, how they are managed/tracked while they are at Alnylam and how they are “offboarded” when they leave Alnylam (e.g. laptop returned, delegation of ownership, etcSourcing / Purchase to Pay processes (e.g. Sourcing, Contracting, PR / PO processes, payment, financial PO reporting) – Manage a project that is looking at how Alnylam reviews and procures vendors from the sourcing process to the invoice and payment processes.Management of SOPs / Process Mapping / Technical Writing – Manage a project that is looking at how many SOPs are in place at Alnylam to determine if they can be consolidated and the number of SOPs reducedExperience partnering with business leads to evaluate and document business requirements and use casesExperience managing successful projects including project dashboard/status updates, stakeholder management,vendormanagement, timeline management, and tracking of key risks, issues, activities, and deliverables4+ years working in a regulated pharmaceutical organization, CRO or FSP10+ years as a project manager and business analyst  Must Have Skills:The leadership of business capability development and IT system implementation projectsAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of a matrix organizationAbility to work in a collaborative team environment – willing to pitch in to achieve goals and maintain relationships with business leads, stakeholders, business users, technical team, validation, quality, and vendor resourcesAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to establish and meet priorities and deadlinesExperience with timeline management and resource/capacity managementEnglish as a first language or excellent written and spoken English fluency Plusses:Experience Implementing SAP (FICO), GEP, Active Directory, and Oracle HR Day to Day Responsibilities:The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in the Commercial, Medical, Clinical and Regulatory areasnbsp;The role will responsible for partnering with business leads to understand business use cases and develop user/functional requirements, developing projects plans for IT systems and associated process and organizational support, creating and submitting status reports and tracking project level issues, risks, decisions and overall status, and identifying and tracking key interdependencies between projects. The role will meet with key business stakeholders to establish project meeting cadence, set up meetings and drive project execution.
