Comfortable developing enhancements to existing solutions
Familiar with Archer 6.4 user interface
Setup data feeds, Archer APIs and custom notifications.
Experience in creating fields, reports, iView''s and dashboards in Archer tool
End to End configuration of the new and existing Archer applications, managing every aspect of the SDLC including layout, workflow, reporting, notification, questionnaires, access controls, packaging, etc.
Should have knowledge on Archer Modules like: Issue Management, Policy Management, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Operational Risk Management
Good Hands-on experience with customization & configuration of RSA Archer tool
Experience in Archer integration with other platforms or systems
Demonstrates technical expertise for Archer applications, and has the ability to influence technical direction or defect resolution.
Fully understands business applications and/or technical system environments in which the system operates.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include performing complex analysis, assessment, resolution, design, and configuration and programming functions at an expert level.
Leads investigation and resolution efforts for critical/ high impact defects, problems, and incidents.
Resolve platform & end user related issues
Perform admin tasks, Access Controls (Groups, Roles & Record permissions configuration)
Debug performance issues
