Job Description :
Role : Senior/Lead QA Analyst
Location : Hartford, CT
Interview : Phone and f2f/Skype
Duration : 6+ months
· Looking for a US Citizen or Green Card.
· Must have healthcare
Below is an outline from the Manager
· Lead QA replacing someone who isn’t cutting it – communication not strong enough to keep up with the fast pace agile environment (agile a must – SAFE certification a nice to have)
· All automation testing – selenium, cucumber tools
· Healthcare a must have – Medicare or Medicaid preferred
· Hands-on QA to manage integration projects using which is where the DevOps / infrastructure piece ties in – scripting python, Jenkins, Rest API, experience a must
· Not managing people – but a QA, capable of doing some BA work, requirements gathering and leading small projects with their outside software – which is where the PM piece comes into play
At least 9+ Years candidate.
Must Have :
· Must Have 5 Years’ Experience
· Must Have some level of Health Care background – prefer Medicare or Medicaid
· Must have worked in a SAFe Agile environment
· Must have experience with testing tools (selenium or Cucumber)
o Selenium
o RFT
o Cucumber
· Experience testing API’s or any experience with Python or Scripting a plus
· Experience working with an outside software vendor
Soft Skills
· Good Communicator, this role is like a BA, QA and Developer combined
· Need to be a logical thinker
· Be able to work with difficult Business Partner work in a fast faced environment

· This person will be working on the IT Delivery Automation Platform
