The primary responsibility of the senior BSA role is to gather, analyze and document website requirements, translate requirements into design specs, and work with a technology team to deliver solutions meeting those specs. 

What Will You Do? 
Apply business analysis techniques (elicitation, data mapping/modeling, business cases, prototyping, etc to prioritize, elicit, analyze, document and verify functional and non-functional requirements 
Translate data requirements into functional design specifications and communicate requirements/design to business and technology stakeholders
Define acceptance criteria to aid QA team in the development of test plans and scripts
Draft and manage user stories containing requirements, design & acceptance criteria
Perform root cause analysis on complex data and logic issues and report on findings/recommendations
Present user stories and research to project team, stakeholders, and technology and business leaders
Collaborate with business and technology team members 
Facilitate meetings with business and technology teams, send out meeting minutes, and manage issues and action items
Create ad-hoc SQL queries 
Provide training and support on system and enhancements

What Experince Should You Have? 
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. 
7+ years’ experience as a BSA managing, eliciting and documenting requirements on complex projects
3+ years data analysis experience, including experience writing SQL queries 
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word & Visio
Strong analysis skills with attention to details
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently

What Are Some Nice to Have’s?
Degree or certification in business analysis or related field
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SDLC & ETL
Knowledge of agribusiness and business processes
Experience with SQL Manager and Microsoft TFS
