- Hands-on Technical Lead with strong architecture skills
- Conduct Architecture Design and Review.
- Stay upto date with new technology, conduct POCs and share best practices and help the team build it.
- Mentor developers on the team and encourage and promote best engineering practices
- Drive automation where needed to improve team''s efficiency and quality
- Broaden the technical capabilities of the team by delegating problems of increasing complexity, provide technical guidance.
- Assist the team in Agile development, help team improve their ability to act/respond to changes quickly
- Reduce technical debt
- Solid communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to drive results in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
