Description:
Work with Sales Commissions team to understand, define and document process and data requirements.
Perform a variety of roles such from process design and definition to requirements gathering to testing management.
Work with Enterprise Architects, Data Architects and Subject Matter Experts to capture requirements that drive data decisions and definition of a data warehouse.
Capturing data requirements and developing an understanding of data domains.
Writing SQL to test and validate against requirements.
Work on the sales commission application re-platforming project as key analyst, becoming the I/S expert on the new platform.
Provide ongoing support for future enhancements of the sales commission application.
To qualify, you must possess the following skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or similar Analyst position
Demonstrated experience in learning and understanding business domains and domain knowledge.
Superior verbal, written communication skills, and data analysis skills
Excellent knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) software
Strong functional and business knowledge in an ERP environment
Experienced with using reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and/or other enterprise reporting tools.
Preferred: Previous experience with sales compensation plans and running monthly and annual compensation processes.
