We will take candidates on either the Functional or Technical side of IBS. Some will have a BA or PM background
must have recent IBS experience and banking background
Job Description:
Key responsibilities for this individual are to guide and educate the bank on IBS Insight in an agile driven environment.
Required Skills:
Subject Matter Expertise in IBS (FIS) to provide guidance for accessing and understanding IBS Insight.
7-10 years of banking experience
Business acumen in deposits, loan servicing, accounting, teller/branch, etc.
Well-versed in agile methodology to support teams using Jira and story board method
Integration knowledge to be able to tie in third-party systems
Experience working with a high maintenance bank moving to an agile implementation environment
Strong communication skills and well-versed working with multiple teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Having been on a conversion project to IBS
