Qualifications for Eligibility Required Skills: - 7+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- Healthcare Claims experienced required
- 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum Requirements Engineering (RE)
- Deep hands-on RE, Lead/Coordination experience, as well as participation in all Scrum team ceremonies
- Experience in conducting interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs
- Involvement with other Agile and/or Waterfall teams
- Competency to recommend process improvements for the entire business requirements life-cycle by identifying gaps
- Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Consulting mindset, diplomatic personality, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player, creative, and positive, proactive with can-do attitude
