The Technical Writer, refers as Technical Communicator, is an integral part of a corporate structure. A Technical Writer analyzes and writes about particular subjects focus on the computers, engineering, science, medicine and law. They gather information from various sources, grasp the technology, and explain it in simple and easy-to-understand language for the end user. A Technical Writer is not usually a Subject Matter Expert (SME), but possesses and applies expertise to interview SMEs and conduct research to produce accurate and comprehensive documents. This documentation includes online help, user guides, white papers, design specifications, system manuals, and other documents. A Document Development Cycle (DDLC) or a Software Development Cycle (SDLC) is not complete without a Technical Writer. Technical writers gain expertise in a particular technical domain and also in Software Quality Analysis or Business Analysis.
